Your guide will be there 15 minutes before the tour start time holding a sign.
Please note, we do NOT meet at the 9/11 Memorial or Museum which is the last stop of the tour allowing you to stay as long as you wish.

Fares are subject to change without notice. 911 Ground Zero Tour is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. Tickets are non-refundable.
911 Ground Zero Tour reserves the right to refuse to retain any person as a member of the tour. If you witness any disorderly conduct or suspect any problem with any fellow tour member during the tour, please notify your tour guide.
