Who we are

We’re New Yorkers, each with a personal connection to the events of September 11, 2001. For us, 9/11 isn’t just a page in American history. It’s part of our story. And that’s what we want to share with you.

Since 2012, we’ve walked with thousands of visitors through the sights of Ground Zero. We share not only what happened but also what it meant — and what it still means today, especially to us: loss, courage, the strength to rebuild in the face of tragedy.

Our company, ExperienceFirst, offers award-winning guided experiences around the world, from Alcatraz to Eiffel Tower tours, but we started right here in New York, and, in many ways, this is our most personal tour. We also partner closely with the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and highly recommend visiting the museum afterward, available as one of our upgrades.

With our tours, we hope to offer you a different perspective on Ground Zero. You’ll be able to pause and reflect, to learn about the people as well as the place, and ultimately be inspired by the city’s resilience.
