Proof of vaccination is no longer required as part of New York State’s “Key to New York” entrance guidelines for sites involving indoor admission. Venues may still require masks for entry, and admission may be denied at the discretion of the venue or the tour operator.

We offer a 100% refund up to 24 hours prior to your tour start time for all our public guided tours. Exceptions include our Catacombs tour and Alcatraz upgrade due to the nature of these attractions.
